User Agreement

Acceptance

By accessing or using the services operated by SignalHound Analytics at dogenge.digital, you agree to this User Agreement and to any policies linked here. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

We may update these terms to reflect product changes or clearer language. Material updates will be posted with a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Intellectual property

The software, visual design, documentation, and trademarks made available through the site are owned by SignalHound Analytics or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials solely for evaluating or operating the services according to your subscription scope. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or publicly redistribute our materials except where expressly permitted in writing.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the services without obligation to compensate you, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your location require a different forum.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalHound Analytics disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions of this agreement naturally survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security risk, or misused support channels. Where practical, we will provide notice and a short cure period unless immediate action is required.

Upon termination, your right to access the services ends. Export obligations and data handling will follow the Data Protection policy and any active order form you have with us.

Service description

SignalHound Analytics provides operational intelligence workspaces, analytics modules, and related professional services as described on dogenge.digital and in order documentation you execute with us.

Features may evolve. We aim to provide reasonable advance notice when we retire functionality that materially affects your workflows, except for urgent security or reliability changes.

Third-party integrations depend on vendors outside our control. We document supported versions and expected behaviors but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services without prior written authorization, and you will not interfere with other customers' use.

You remain responsible for the lawfulness of data you submit, including obtaining consents and notices required for your use case under Korean and international rules that apply to you.
