Third parties

We rely on carefully selected subprocessors to host infrastructure, send transactional email, and monitor reliability. A current list is available on request and includes categories such as hosting, logging, and support tooling.

Subprocessors are bound by agreements that require appropriate technical and organizational measures. We assess new vendors before onboarding and review existing vendors on a recurring cadence.

We do not sell personal information. Marketing activities, if any, use aggregated or pseudonymized data where possible.

Use of data

We process personal data to operate the services, authenticate users, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Analytics cookies, when enabled, help us understand feature usage in aggregate.

Automated decision-making is not used to produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals in the product experience described on this site.

Where we act as a processor on behalf of your organization, your instructions documented in your agreement take precedence for that processing.

Data collected

We collect account details such as name, work email, organization, and role; technical logs including IP address, device type, and timestamps; and content you upload to workspaces for operational purposes.

Support interactions may include screen captures or log excerpts you voluntarily share. We retain these only as long as needed to resolve the issue unless a longer period is required by law.

Scope

This Data Protection statement applies to visitors of dogenge.digital and customers of SignalHound Analytics services offered through this domain. Partner offerings may have their own statements.

If you interact with us only as an employee of a customer organization, your employer's privacy notices may also apply to data they control.

Children's services are not directed at minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate authority, contact us and we will take prompt steps to delete it.

Retention

We retain account and billing records for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with tax and corporate record-keeping rules in Korea.

Technical logs are retained on a rolling basis consistent with security monitoring needs, typically not longer than twelve months unless an incident investigation requires a longer hold.

You may request deletion of personal data where applicable law allows. Some information may be retained in anonymized form or where retention is legally required.

Rights

Depending on your situation, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Korean privacy law and, where relevant, GDPR-style rights for EU residents may apply.

We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosures. Complex requests may require additional time; we will communicate expected timelines.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Korean Personal Information Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority where applicable.
